Correct - but you still need to wait 90+ (typically 95) days between applications. So you could basically get 4 per year.

Is there a time limit between cancellation and new app? My statement just closed, waiting for my miles, but I have something to return that might take a couple weeks to get credited back, before I close it.

I think you can close and reapply 5-10 days later (or maybe even next day) - You technically don’t even need to close it.

In practice, I’m closing mine around the 65-75 day mark in preparation for a new card.

I don't even get an option to chose a category. Just says SM center is for reading messages from citi but gives me nowhere to actually send one. Unless you are referring to the 'backdoor' method?? I thought that was shut down.

Do we still think the dummy booking is the way to go? That would give me 248,000 AA miles every year if they match to 60,000 and $640 in cash assuming I sell the gift cards.

2 player mode that’s 496,000 and 1280 cash.

Match had been a hot topic lately...it seems more people are struggling there. That said, I love that dummy offer and DoC has posted the $250 stmt credit link so that’s even better if it continues to work. That low $2k MSR can’t be best IMO. That’s the offer I’d be looking at most likely.

So I've got some exciting news.........Dh got TWO offers today! One is from Littleton, Colorado and the other is from Melbourne, Florida. Dh doesn't have the exact numbers being offered, but both companies have said they will get back to him with their offers!!! We are not interested in the Colorado one, but are VERY interested in the Melbourne, FL one. They asked Dh what salary he wanted and after he gave them a number they said that number was in the ballpark of what they were thinking, too, and let's just say it's a LOT more than what he's getting now. We started looking at areas around there and it looks like Viera & Rockledge are nice areas.

Does anyone live near there or have any experience with that area? It doesn't feel real yet, but it's a huge possibility we will be moving to Florida soon!

I also asked Barclay AGAIN. Grrr! I never heard back from the previous request and points haven't shown up so I just decided to try again.

Wondering the same. I love the low spend and the GC offer. But if matches are getting harder and harder to get, I really just need points and lots of them so the higher offers may be better for me.

I got asked for a picture one time too so I strategically took a picture of a mailer blocking out personal info. I asked where to send it and they then just gave me the match.

ETA they asked for proof not a picture so I took a picture of a mailer I got sent to me and called to ask where to send it.

I just saw a DP out in /churning where someone who was banned in 2017 was able to open up a serve account. I would go out and give it a try and see if you can get a green serve card.
