That is a problem I have too. I never used 4 because right as I was about to sign up, they switched to the new version. But I haven't figured that out, because DH also sometimes has reimbursable expenses and gets paid back on the 10th of the following month. Currently I have a line for expenses so it will go negative, I use $$ from our slush to clear it out, then when it's paid back the next month it flows into the expenses line and I move the cash back to slush fund. I would love to be able to figure this out, but I haven't tried super hard since it happens maybe 4 times a year. Might be more this year as it looks like he'll travel more.

ETA: I posted your post on the Debt Dumper thread. Lots of YNAB users there. Maybe someone will know!

Thank u!

Ok, you may not believe this, but after 19 years, I have never stayed in a garden view room. Either BW view or standard only.

On one occasion they tried to make me stay in an 'upgraded' room from my standard that I had booked, and it was actually a HC accessible, 2nd floor next to the elevator. But I had a need for a tub, which that room didn't have - otherwise I would have taken it as the location is pretty sweet.

Oh wait, keep forgetting about the birthday upgrade one year from my standard to the room above the art gallery. A few of those rooms are considered garden view even though you look at a bit of the boardwalk and look out over the lawn where they show movies and such. It had a huge balcony, as opposed to a few of those that have barely room for a chair.

Edit: I'm using the word upgrade but it isn't anything I asked for. I'm now a solid 'tennis court' girl and I believe they have a note to put me there as it's not a location most would want.
Yep, we have stayed there as well, overlooking the green, those are wonderful rooms!!!

Lol...I’ve requested that a few times so are usually down there too...nice and quiet...DH is not a fan of the walk to the lobby but it’s really convenient to the parking lot

I'm stayed in the one bedroom right on the corner, overlooking Village Green on just one visit. 2nd floor - you could have a full blown party on the balcony! The huge balcony is off the bedroom and the living room is the 2 person balcony, plus the view is blocked by a tree.

The corner is quite spectacular though, except for the miniscule table and 2 chairs, which are dwarfed by the space.

Man it’s snowing like crazy here and we still came to school. We’re getting out 3 hours early but I’m a little worried about driving home. Two teachers this morning went in the ditch. These kids will be in school until July

Ha, we got that room, with a Boardwalk View reservation. I made them move us. It was out 20th anniversary and we splurged up from our usual standard view, and we could see NOTHING because of that darn tree.

I was supposed to drive to my new office today to shadow someone. Yeah, it's 50 miles away. Didn't happen. And now we have a winter storm warning, so clearly I made the right choice!! Kare 11 still says it's wrapping up, and it's just a winter weather advisory, even though their app says the opposite.

No, I don't care about Boardwalk View, and I borrowed points, so standard view would leave me with points I can't use by the end of my use year.

I was going to post that as I noted your borrow from 2019 reference. Since cancelling my January trip I'm itching to rebook the points I had in that mix. MS put them all back where they came from, and I can bank the ones still in 2018's year.

There are a few options for me, but I'm sorta trying to get through my families injuries and rehab right now.

It's moving pretty fast and daughter is scheduled back to work end of March. She has been okayed to drive and now has a handicapped placard. Still, she can't safely care for both little ones. So for the past week, I've been back and forth but sleeping at home and carrying the 2 year old with me. The 3 year old is quite useful to her and is manageable without the 2 year old there to fuss with. 3 year old will carry stuff, go get this and that for her Mom, etc. Plus she uses the potty now, so that helps. I'm busy potty training the 2 year old and she's doing excellent with dedicated one on one. Getting rid of those diapers is a must have goal attained. We are really only using them at night or on outings.

2 year old is more the 'run away when called' type and laugh at everything. She's a lot of fun!

DD is able to get 3 year old to daycare as she has a private daycare who will come out and get her at the car on arrival. She can do her own doctor appts because of this. 3 year old can climb in the car and into the carseat on her own, and then Mom can fasten her in without having to lift or bend over as it's a jeep suv. SIL is on a walker but he gets around. He can easily get into a car and fold his walker up with him. They've come a long way in a short time. The first week was really hard for me as I slept there and worked at helping them nonstop. Wore myself out! Weekends were easier as friends came to help. Friends sent food and we shopped with my daughter using one of those handicapped carts. One of our relatives has also scheduled a cleaning service, so no toilets for me, lol.

2 year old will have an ortho visit next week for her neck injury. Hopefully she can come out of her neck gear soon.

Anyway, in 2-3 weeks, I'll be able to gauge April better and maybe take a short trip. But I'm okay if it doesn't happen. I could do DVC if any nights pop up (and they usually have something somewhere) or some off site options since I have all sorts of different point options - Marriott, IHG, Radisson, Hyatt, or even old fashioned cash.

I'm still waiting for AT&T, too. My 2nd purchase posted on 1/17. I sent a SM and got the "we received your message" on 1/28, but I still haven't received a real response yet.
Update: I sent another SM a few days ago about the AT&T Chase offer and received a response that I had met the terms and I should get credited. Today, I got an email from Chase saying "you've used your offer" and I should see the $40 credit in 7-10 days.

DH is complaining about going to Hawaii over spring break. "I don't like Hawaii." Who doesn't like Hawaii??? "It's like going to California or Florida." WHAT???

Free airfare paid w UR points
Free hotel Marriott Cat 6 on Maui (because I rolled the dice on the travel package last year) - and I'm Platinum this year, the only time I'll ever be Platinum, maybe it's worth something maybe not

Meanwhile I'm looking at 7" of snow out there that I have to shovel and it's -4 outside.

Me, I don't like the 50th state. I'm happy because I have been to all 50 so I don't have to return.

DW and DD have been trying to get me to book a trip to Hawaii for the last decade. It has just never been a place I am that bothered about - and seems an awful long trip from the east coast. Most folks I talk to rave about it as though it is some magical, mystical beach heaven but when I look at the places I can go to for the money and time it takes to get to Hawaii - just seems to be lots of better options in the world.

That's how I feel, but know that I'm in the minority. I lived in the Caribbean many times, though so I prefer warm waters and that sand/water/island life. I also do have significant jet lag AND it doesn't cost an arm an a leg. I also prefer the food.

DH traveled to Hawaii a lot when he has in the Navy, he doesn’t like Hawaii either. I have to remind him that going to Hawaii with his buddies isn’t the same as a family vacation. And if he really dislikes it he can stay back.

DH was there in the Navy and loved it. I keep encouraging him to go with DD and I can go to Europe or the Caribbean but they say that doesn't count as a family vacation. Sigh. Fortunately I'm the trip planner in the family so our next trips look like: Europe/Europe/Caribbean/Caribbean/Europe!

^^^ exactly how I feel about it. I can be in the Caribbean in a few hours. I don’t get it.

Me too. Although, honestly I love P-cola Beach and don't have a huge need to get sandy anywhere else. I feel quite blessed to live 20 minutes from my own definition of the perfect beach.:beach:
