Thanks. That's not me on DoC. Crazy they won't even close her account without her sending documentation. If no documentation exists, then what? So it will just be open forever, she and I will have to pay annual fees forever and never be able to use the card? I'm sorry for the other person! So frustrating! Do you have a link to that post by any chance? I'd love to follow up.
And yeah if the taxes I send don't work (which I'm guessing they won't because they show nothing relating to business, other than my business name is my name), I was just going to tell them to close it. Maybe I'll try calling the application security number first and see if they can give me any better details on what they want. If I can find a time at work that I can fit a call in, see if I can take a break and hope it goes quick.
