I'm sorry I really did leave a big cliffhanger, but it seemed like a good place to stop and I will try to do a mini update somewhere along the way.

Thank you for listening to the videos. I really hope to do more. I want to do a Disney one, but I need to find a good song to match it up to. I was thinking of doing an acoustic version of "I Hope You Dance" and linking them together. Because Disney is like dancing.

Anyway - I am waking up at the LaQuinta Inn in Seiverville, TN. That's about 1/2 north of Pigeon Forge and a little bit west of Knoxville. We were hoping to get as far as Bristol, but we left the house at 1pm and we crossed the state line into TN at 9pm, so we decided to go to the NEXT LaQuinta. Nicholas tried his hardest to get us to drive all the way to Murfreesboro, but we knew there was no way.

So now we have a 2 1/2 hour drive this morning and with the time change to central time we should be able to get there in time for the 10am game.

I tried very hard to pretend I was DisneyDawn and Shocker and get some road trip pics. I was hoping for some funny pics, and I did manage to get a few, but most of them are geographical landmarks. I did have to drive every once in awhile and put the camera down. So I missed pictures of Hungry Mother, Virginia and the Guatemala Tour bus. I couldn't entrust the job to Denny because we all know what kind of pictures Denny takes. I actually brought my computer so I can download tonight and start editing.

So thanks again for enduring my cliff hanger and I will check in later today - I hope. That's if they have a business center or wi-fi. they darn well better.

Thank you!! I am very excited for our first stay. We decided to "do it right" the first time and stay at AKL Jambo House in a Savannah view. I'm already trying to figure out how to afford to add on points, guess Disney got me good!

Hi Everyone....

I have been reading your posts but haven't replied because of limited time. But I wanted to post a quick update.

The boys lost their first game 3-2 to Indiana, but won their second game 2-0 to South California. We play Texas today. Basically everyone has won one game and lost one game. It's still anyone's tournament.

Denny, Nick, and I are leaving after today's game (win or lose). We just can't drive 12 or 13 hours tomorrow, so we will head back today. Hopefully we will actually stop in the Smokies. Tomorrow I would like to stop along the Skyline Drive and see Luray Caverns.

We had such a great time yesterday touring Nashville. What a super cool city. I took sooooooooo many pictures. This is going to turn into a mini TR in itself.

So, I have to decide whether to sidetrack into the TN trip or keep going with the Disney trip.

Maybe I will have a chance to respond to posts tonight. But right now I want to go for a quick run and start packing.

I am missing tons and trip updates, so I have my work cut out for me when I get back.
