I used to have short hair back in the '80s when I was 12...it was a Princess Di-ish style. I was hot. I looked 12 going on 35. I wanted to pull it off once I realized how bad it looked but that might have felt even worse than a migraine, so in hindsight I'm glad I didn't.

Also, whoever said orange is the new pink is seriously disturbed.

My dogs are hairless so I'm thinking about getting them a snuggie. They would also like to pull off the short hair look but since they have no hair, it's going to be a bit of a stretch. I have to work Christmas day but since they are heathen dogs, I'm sure they won't notice if I have them open their gifts a day early. I'm thinking about starting a savings plan to pay for their class rings and when they want to run off with their ex's who are in the military, it's good to know I'll be able to come to the dis to vent.

I'm trying to decide what to get my grandson for his birthday. I want to cheer him up because he's no longer allowed to throw balls on the playground. He's only 4 but I'm thinking he might want to keep up on the latest on Jon & Kate and Tiger.

You ARE however allowed to vent, rant and ask stupid questions on the Dis....I see it EVERY DAY (which is why I'm not here as much)....now what people think of what you say, that's a different conversation.

I don't know, but I have noticed that people seem to be going a little bit crazy over them. And I have a confession to make, that I don't dare talk about on any of the crazed hamster threads.

I was in Target a couple of weeks ago when I just happened to notice one of those Zhu Zhu pets sitting behind some stuff on an endcap nowhere near the toy section. In retrospect I think someone must have hidden it there so they could come back and buy it later, but that didn't occur to me at the time. Anyway, I hadn't heard of them before and I thought it was kind of cute in a silly way, and so I bought it. . .

. . . for my cats. I thought they'd enjoy chasing it around. Given the crazy lengths some people are going to in order to get the little things for their children, I'm guessing if some of them discovered I just stumbled upon one and wasted it on my cats their heads might explode.
