I Have A Question About An Old Item….

I found this old piece and no nothing about it. It is very old and made by Norman Industries , Disney Productions. It was sold from Disney Land , it has the price tag on the back for a whopping 1.05 , which 5 cents was the tax. It does light up. Can anyone tell me more about it? Does anyone have one? Any feedback would be appreciated. The item is very heavy also. Thanks
