I had the greatest day!

My employer has a program called "JA in a Day". We take Junior Achievement curriculum that is supposed to be spread out over a 5 week period and do it in one day at one school. Literally, we take over the school from the teachers and they and the kids love it!

I was assigned to a 3rd grade class and taught them about things that make a city work. Where to put businesses, how to use a bank account, how to write a newspaper article. It was a blast!!

If you ever get the chance to do Jr. Achievement, please do so! The 5-week classes are 45 min. one day a week. You won't be sorry!

I'm glad that you had a great day! I know that when my DD's had JA come to thier classes, they loved it.

Know that you will be talked about ( in a positive way) around the dinner table tonight.

Nope, I don't travel that highway. I only get on 35E and 114. Hope nobody got hurt.
