I got my BOG ADR!!!!

on hold for less than 10 minutes with the DVC MS and we got Christmas Day at 7:25pm!:cool1:
 
Ok. After calling for 2 hours, I resigned myself to just going for lunch. Tried one more time and at least got through. 40 minutes on hold, and voila. Friday in early Feb for 6:00. First choice. Hang in there, everyone!:cheer2:
 
I've called over 200 times off/on since 8am and can't get though. This is crazy

And they are goign to have some upset people if they are cancelling reservations made from the automated system that didn't ask for a CC#. If you were not on here you'd never know that you needed your CC# on the reservation.
 
After five and half hours of using three cell phones and multiple different phone numbers I finally gave in and called the UK number. I got through immediately, booked my BOG reservation and was off the phone in under 3 minutes. I wish I would have done that this morning!!
Either way, it all worked out, and now I can go back to my non-Disney vacation without a worry!!

did you hear of a guest doing that? I know some families got a few for throughout their stay but intended to use each one....that's awful!

Yes, the CM I was talking to told me almost everything he is booking today is BOG, and of those, many guests are taking multiple days of the same time. He postulated that many of these reservations will be "released" by the guests later, when they decide which day they want to visit BOG.

I am in no way bothered by people who eat there many times. I am bothered by people grabbing up 5 reservations when they know they only want to eat there once.

try the UK number from the US it is 407.939.7718, many people are getting through within minutes
 
I called through the DVC member line at 8AM, was connected in about three minutes, and booked an ADR for November 20th at 6:50, so exactly the day and time we wanted (well, I asked for 7:00, but it's obviously more than close enough). My DD7 is very excited, but I think I'm even more excited, as Beauty and the Beast is tied for my favorite Disney movie (with Lilo and Stitch). Yay!
 
I waited until about an hour ago to start calling...dialed about 40-60 times (stopped counting) on all four numbers (*7718; *3463; *2625 and *7675).

Finally got through and got all my ADRs and times I needed for January.

I agree...another DISer quoted me (sorry...have no clue how to do mulitple quotes yet)....she had two reservations and intended to use both...I have no problem with that. If I was going longer than 3 nights, I may have done that too to experience the different dining rooms....

but just because someone can't decide...that is just rude...pick a day and stick to it...if it really that important to eat there, then you make it work with your schedule....
 
Got ours for 11/21 4:50 pm!!! 11 of us are going!!!!!!

YEAH ME... Found a "redial" app for my android phone... Was kinda mad when I got down to picking times in the automated system and got cut off... Called right back and got in with a human..... But now I am glad that I did!!! They booked me with my cc and all is good!!!

Ok screw it! I got up at 545 patiently called for about 45 minutes until I got through to the automated system. Got a reservation though on a day different that what I wanted which would require using an additional day at MK since we were going to the MMVMCP. Now I find out that reservations going to be cancelled. Have spent another hour trying to get through on 3 different numbers to no avail. I give Disney! Cancel my reservation. Other than MMVMCP I think this will be a Disney free trip. We've been wanting to see what Universal, Seaworld and Busch Gardens has to offer for the holidays now's our chance. What a Mickey Mouse operation...pun intended!! :mad:
 
This is me :headache: I called earlier and the CM said no problem if I have the confirmation # but he DID NOT know what he was talking about. I decided I had better check again, so after being on hold for 30 min. finally got back in, then had to be on hold 30 MORE min. for someone else to override the system to add my cc# in. THEN, he had to issue me a NEW conf.# (but, with same ressie time)

Wow, what an issue :confused3 I was a nervous wreck thinking I would be cut off any time. :eek:

They said there was an issue with the system and they were trying to get it resolved, and there was a backup of people like me that were trying to get their cc#'s added.

So folks, if you did not give them a cc#, you will need to call back today, or they said the system WILL kick them out - straight from the one that was authorized to make the change and take my cc#!!!!!

Same for me. I spent 30 minutes on hold then got a CM who had to transfer me to guest services and spent another 20 min on hold. Guest services is able to create a new reservation w/cc info and that automatically cancels the old. At least now I'm sure that the reservation is valid and mine!
 
I booked this morning and gave my cc number and got a confirmation number but can't get it to come up under my reservations. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm worried now that it might not be in their system.
 
4 1/2 hours later... I GOT IT! I got through immediately to a person to 407-939-2625. Got the exact time and date I wanted - 2/6 at 7:30! WOO HOO!

I was calling back in to add my cc and after several "circuits are busy", I tried this number and it was picked up on one ring by a CM. I'm not sure how that worked, but so glad it did. I was on the phone with her about 10 minutes. She just canceled my original reservation and rebooked it. She had an opening still for just 5 minutes later on our date, January 15. It's already updated on my reservations page with the new confirmation number, so I think I'm all set...again. Phew.

I hope the rest of you are able to get through and get what you need.
 
After calling the dining line about 150 times I realized oh yea I can call member services. Got through in about 10 minutes and got my reservation made for Jan. 31st :cool1:
 
I woke up at 2:45am (Alaska sucks) and finally got a reservation through the automated thing about an hour and a half later for the night of our MVMCP night for 8 people at 4:15. Earlier than I wanted, but whatever. Then I spent two hours trying to add my stupid CC. I really don't have much good to say about Disney right now, so this restaurant better be worth 4 hours of my time and 4 hours of sleep with a 2 and 3 year old at home, lol.
 
Definately keep trying! I didn't know there were so many other numbers to try so just wanted to thank everyone who posted!! This was a big help!! I did get my reservation through the standard dining number (didn't get the day I needed (11/27) but was able to book the day ahead 11/26) around 9:30a this AM (after trying since 6:58a).

I was just able to use the UK US number to put my credit card information on the reservation. She indicated that my reservation would stand but I would receive a new confirmation number now.

I'm sure people made multiple reservations and will be canceling some of them as they begin to wrap there head around what happened today; so definatley keep trying and I would check out the on-line system on Wednesday!
 
Just found out there is a 12/21 (last night of mvmcp) available for two at 4:10 or 4:20. As of 5 minutes ago. Call the 407 939 2625 number. I got through are three dials.
