I got my BOG ADR!!!!

someone suggested calling this number 407.939.7718 on an earlier post. I called to add my credit card to my reservation that i made earlier this morning after waiting 2 hours! I was through and done with in 5 minutes!! They had to charge a penny to add my credit card but it is guaranteed now!!

Thanks to who ever posted this! Saved me lots of time!!

I didnt get in...didnt know they'd changed the time you can call from noon to 7am. So I didnt call until Noon....

Keep trying! A lot of reservations will be dropped! There are a lot of people that made the reservation through the automated system and it will be dropped if credit card is not on reservation to guarantee it. Also, lots of people make several reservations and wait until the week to cancel it. This happened to us when LeCeiler was so hard to get reservations. I went online after midnight and was always able to catch one before our trip! Don't give up!

This is amazing. I hope Disney intends to call back the perhaps thousands of people who called and made reservations that will automatically be cancelled without knowing it. The number of people who obsessively read these forums and will know about the credit card issue are likely a small percent of the people who actually made reservations using the automated system.

But I'm getting the same results. Now, I get one ring followed by a message all circuits are busy try again.

I'll persist, but this is not making any sense to me, now. I've tried 5 different numbers for 6 hours.

Also, I know this is not the correct forum to complain about it, but how thoughtless to grab up each ADR at 5 PM the week that you're there, just to cancel 6 of them, and keep the one you want.

Got my ressies for jan. 8th, though i was really surprised that for a tuesday in january the only time left was 4pm. I am not complaining, just super happy to have it. FYI it was a half hour wait on the wdw dine number, just took 15 times hanging up and calling right back to finally be put on hold for an agent, (i wasn't messing around with that automatic junk today)

After 2 hours of busy signals and cannot complete yours call messages this morning, 144 redials, AND a 47 minute on hold just now to try and add my cc#... I am fiiiinally confirmed for dinner for 2 on Dec 8th!

It took 2 people, 4 phones, and 3.5 hours of obsessively dialing, buuuuuut we're in for the night of Dec. 8th and I called back and after only 15 minutes and one dept transfer was able to add my CC so that I know it's safe.

Woo. Looks like my birthday wish will come true. (B-day is the 22nd of Nov, but we're celebrating with a trip Dec 1-9th b/c I'm a sucker for WDW Christmas).

Yes. People are also planning to eat there several times during their stays, which is fine, but oh so sad that a smaller number of people will be able to experience it while they eat there over and over...

Can you tell I REALLY hate this phone roulette? Pixie dust on some, and endless busy signals for others with no rhyme or reason... I MUCH prefer online even if the system crashes at least it is more fair!

Keep trying! you will get through, it took me 3-4 trys but it was way faster (5mins vs 2 hours)

I believe in venting, this has been very frustrating morning for many Disney fans!

I have 2, one at the beginning of the week and one at the end of our trip! I have every intentions of keeping mine (unless we would have an awful experience, which i doubt) but this has happened before with Le Ceiler. Every time we decide to book a last minute trip. I check every morning and I am able to snatch up a last minute cancelled reservation! If you have parkhoppers, that is your best bet for getting one!
