I got my BOG ADR!!!!

Was able to get my reservations this morning through the auto system after being on hold for over an hour. Now trying to call back and add my credit card info and still on hold. This is just crazy!!!!

This is me, too. It'd be interesting to see how many people posting in this thread were 11 in 1991. :D

Me - 9 for most of that year, 10 for the last 4 and a 1/2 months :goodvibes Best of luck to all you, hopefully most of you have gotten through. I won't be trying for a while, we're heading back to WDW 10/13!

I have 2, one at the beginning of the week and one at the end of our trip! I have every intentions of keeping mine (unless we would have an awful experience, which i doubt) but this has happened before with Le Ceiler. Every time we decide to book a last minute trip. I check every morning and I am able to snatch up a last minute cancelled reservation! If you have parkhoppers, that is your best bet for getting one!

I'm with you, we are eating there our first and last night. Our last night friends of ours will be there too.

I have also been able to snatch up a last minute ADR almost every time!!

Actually, I can book today! I am currently on hold waiting for a cast member to assist me. :cool1:

Thanks to another posted, I got through the third time calling the -2526 number. I have been calling since 7a EST; I had gotten right in at 7a, but was disconnected and couldn't get back through until now. Booked my two nights that I wanted and can't wait to try both lunch and dinner!! Good luck to you all!!

YEAH!!!! had to talk to specialist, but have my ADR! Gave me a new ARD number, linked to my card! YIPEEE!!

thanks to all who helped! Used the 7718 number and finally got through:banana:

After seven hours of trying, I finally got through to the automated system, only to find out that all eight days of our vacation are already fully booked. So much for getting up at 6 am and "hanging in there." If you are trying for Dec. 12 - 18, you can stop calling now.

I love Disney with a passion, but I am really angry about this entire experience. I suppose the 'suits' are jumping up and down over the popularity and all the money this is bringing in, but I always found Disney to be a company who valued all guest interactions and wanted to always "exceed expectations". They have stumbled badly this time.

This has already marred our vacation and perspective of Disney's attitude toward their core customers and will certainly color my feelings about Disney overall in the future. I realize there are only a limited number of seats available, but I think this mad rush could have been avoided by not making such a huge announcement and just soft opening the reservations. The number of reservations per call should also have been limited to give more people a chance to be seated. And calls should not have been transferred from other Disney lines, such as the Disney Store, putting those callers ahead of those who were waiting on the correct queue. This was a fiasco. If Disney hoped to achieve good "PR", they may have actually alienated more customers than those they pleased.

Anyone else feel this way?

Had to go through DVC Member services, but got the dates and times I wanted.:banana:
The wait was a little longer than usual for DVC MS today (15 minutes), but not bad at all considering I had no luck in getting through to Disney Dining.

Thanks for the tip! I was able to book through MS as well! :cool1: 7:15 (a little later than I would like, but beggars can't be choosers!)

We got ours! 6:20 on Friday Jan 11. Date and time I wanted!

We are wanting a dinner reservation at Be Our Guest on the 4th of December for my husband's birthday. Beauty and the Beast was the first Disney movie my husband ever saw (yep, you read that right) and he has been a Disney fan every since. I would love to get ressies here to celebrate his 41st birthday. If anyone is going to cancel one on that day please PM me so maybe we can coordinate and try to get one for him. Thanks!

YAY!!! Got my ressie on Thanksgiving! WhOO HOO! Only hours of trying, and staying on hold for 25 min to talk to an agent!

I got through using this number provided by a previous poster after only a few redials. 407-939-2625. Spoke to a dining reservation cm. I only needed to add my cc information. She took prelimanary info and then transferred me to guest services where a nice young man took my cc info and added it to my ressie. I received a new confirmation number. Original date and time stayed the same. No rebooking a new ressie. Thank goodness for this thread and the Dis, or I would not have known to add cc info to existing ressie originally made through the automated service. Best of luck to everyone.:grouphug:

My hopes are to try the different dining rooms! I have been to WDW several times and we are always looking for something new and exciting. I have been to many restaurants twice. This one will just be in the same trip since it will be quite a while before we go back...My son is 6yo and this is his 6x at WDW, 2x DLR and 1x DCL and my husband wants to see the rest of the world!

Hard to say which way would have been better.....mad rush vs soft openings. Maybe they could have staggered dates. I would imagine folks who are going in December are far more freaked to get ressies than folks like me who aren't going until Feb. Maybe could have had a pre-sale for certain fan clubs like concerts/broadway shows. Hard to know. :confused3

It just reminded me of the old days when you wanted to go to a popular singer and constantly hit redial to ticketmaster. And you had to be tied to your landline! All in all, the technology has helped, and this will die down after a few days.

40 minutes later and I was transferred to someone that could add my credit card info.:banana::banana: Now I don't have to worry. We have 11/21 at 4:50.

I am in for 12/03, started calling around 6:50 AM and finally got through around 7:20 am. Didn't think I was going to get through and I almost gave up thinking how many people were probably trying to get through.

FYI 12/1-12/9 is completely booked as of 2:30pm. Couldn't get in, but he told me to keep trying tomorrow because of the credit card issue today
