Okay being the thorough person I am- I needed to tell the company Paramount International that I was not buying their "sell".
Here is my email, followed by their reply-not edited or enhanced in any way.
Do I tell Paramount my source over at Legal at Disney or do I just let it go? Please Advise.(BTW I am a stickler for grammar and spelling-lookat the reply> Just who really wrote it?)

It is funny that you say that you are an associated company and have a good relationship with Disney. When Disney has been contacted all they can say is that they have a complaint file that spans over 2 years and is inches thick, with nothing good to say about your company.
Needless to say my business will go elsewhere and I will purchase legitimate tickets that I can trust from another vendor.
Wholesaler or not, this whole discount ticket thing is not right.

Very impressed with your words, I called Disney Sales and guess services and both department are asking the name of the person that you spoke with.
Neither guess service or the agents on the floor has our company file information.
You would have to speak with sales department.
I actually have Mike on the phone with me from guess services, waiting to see if you reply my email with the name, so he can check with that particular person the wrong information given about our company.
We certainly understand your concerns and we would love to be able to make this right.
I can assure you that Paramount International Travel, has an impeccable reputation and our
attraction tickets are good.
If you be so kind, and give us the department name, number and name of the person you spoke with, I would really appreciate.
Disney would love to reply to your email addressing this issue.
We are a Disney Authorized wholesaler and we do not have any file of complains.
I am sorry for the inconvenient and I hope you were able to find attraction tickets for a excellent price like ours, so you can move on with your vacations plans.
