OMG! I have to take a look at those. My running partner is making us tutus. I think it might be nice if I then got some of those. I will have to check them out.
I love the idea of tutus. I told Ed that if we ever run the PHM together, he's wearing a tutu with me. You should definitely check out the LED shoelaces. I think they look cool. I think I'm getting yellow for Ed and I'm thinking of buying orange ones to wrap around our stroller handles. Thought it would be cute in the parks at night.
I hear ya! I have yet to register... and a lot has to do with just the fact I have the fall trip coming up...and I JUST got back from a short trip... and lets not forget the december trip. Granted, I plan to just upgrade my tickets to AP (there is a group of dis gals that are planning a fall 2013 trip so to keep costs lower...upgrading to an ap probably makes sense) share a room (makes it like 3/400 for the week) and then airfare that is half covered by points and finally food. Since it would just be myself I am thinking it would not be a huge out oop... but it all adds up. Add in that dd was super sad to learn that I am starting to plan this during her birthday month..and NOT planning to take her... it makes me very conflicted about doing the PHM
I would love to get an AP one year. I just can't work in enough trips in a year time to justify the cost.

That would definitely be a tough decision about the PHM with it being DD's birthday month. But, it really does look like a fun race!
I found that it was an easy transition to the 10k program. However, I have started to customize it a bit..with more run/walk intervals. I also have yet to consistently run 10k (I think I did it once a couple weeks ago...and about died) I am slow too. If I am straight out running... for miles at a time... I think walkers also walk faster than I run. If I am in the part of my run where I do some run/walk intervals...I think I run much faster...so I guess it is my stamina that I need to work on.
I'm glad I'm not the only slow runner. I've picked it up a bit but that's not saying much.

I'm glad to hear you were able to transition easily to the C210K program. I've been on the fence about it but that definitely makes me feel better.
I loved that area..still do. I think I like it more for being close to Epcot though. When we stayed, walking to DHS was a bit much and the boat sometimes took forever. However, now...I am in better shape and I am sure that the walk would be nothing. Funny how perspective can change.
Yeah, I didn't realize how the C25K program was helping me until yesterday. Reid & I played in the backyard for a good 4 hours & I was actually able to keep up with him. Even at the end of our time out there when we were playing soccer. I actually beat him to the ball a few times.
I just need to book AoA. I do not know what is holding me back. I keep trying to tell myself that for just a bit more we can get one more days worth of credits. The thing is, I planned for us to use credits that last day..so all we really will need to pay oop for is dinner and then breakfast the next morning. If we share a couple meals (ie. maybe instead of each of us getting sandwiches at SR we get 2 to share between the 4 of us) That would bank 2 credits and we could use those 2 to share another meal that extra night. Then it would just be breakfast (and likely at the airport since our flight is early on departure day)So really, we don't NEED that extra night on the dinning plan. I guess then it is just do we really want to move for one night.
Sounds like you could definitely get away without adding another night to your
DDP. If you book AoA, would you be booking a Little Mermaid room? They look so cute!
What? Changes? Really???
I know I really shocked you with more changes!

I'm glad you made the second post about SAB, because that was going to be my question. It would be a shame if you stayed at BC and didn't work some time in to take advantage of it! I think it will be totally worth missing out on EoS (and the
Lego Store).
Yeah, the more I thought about it, the more I realized it would be silly not to stay & enjoy the resort that Friday night. I am disappointed that I'll miss trying EOS yet again but I'm already scheming on trying it either before or after our cruise in May.
I've always wanted to eat at Beaches and Cream. We've just never really had the time to work it in. I guess I'm just really jealous of the changes you've made. It looks great!
Me, too!

Thanks, I'm excited about our changes & additions! Don't worry - you can live vicariously through my TR. And then I'll be jealous of you when get to see the new Fantasyland in December & eat at Be Our Guest!
Hey,Just joining in. My family and I have stayed at the bc several times, most recently this past May. It is by far our favorite resort. Yall are gonna love it! My wife and I along with Brother & sis in law will be in Disney a few weeks after yall for a quick food and wine festival trip. Hope yall have a great time & I look forward to reading about yalls trip! Oh, if you get a chance, the Flyin Fish across from the Beach Club on the boardwalk is a great place to eat, a lil pricey, but gooooood!!
Hi & Welcome neighbor!
Yay! Another BC lover! I have a feeling my switch to BC will be bad.....because I just may never want to stay anywhere else again!
I really want to try Flying Fish one day. The menu looks great!
That's so fun that y'all have a trip right after us!
And I love your profile pic - GEAUX TIGERS!!! (*I can hardly wait for football season to start!)
I was afraid to read this because I thought you were going to say you were no longer staying at Old Key West; but I see you changed POFQ to the one resort I still want to try -- Beach Club. I will be very anxious to hear what you think about it to compare with other reviews I've seen lately.
No need to worry......Hilton & RCI pretty much won't let me get out of my OKW reservation. Well, at least not without losing my reservation fee & my points.

I will try to have lots of pictures of Beach Club for you in my TR!
Too bad about EOS...but you can always do that next trip.
Yep, I'm already thinking of how I can get to DTD either before or after our cruise in May to eat there.
Amanda, I think you will be REALLY happy with your decision for arrival night. This is just such a great plan and very relaxing. I know you'll miss EOS, but there are so many wonderful options in the Epcot resort area and World Showcase. I won't even get started on that topic, but whether it's CS or TS, having all of those restaurants within walking distance both inside and outside of Epcot is one of my favorite things about BC!
The more I think about it, the happier I am that I decided for us not to go to DTD on arrival night. I think we'll have more fun swimming at BC or just sightseeing. Any decent CS type places at the resorts you would recommend?
Hooray for the BC! You guys are seriously going to love it! Reid is going to be in heaven in that pool! I think it was designed for little boys!
Thanks! I'm sooooooo excited!

I can't wait to check out the pool! I asked Reid today if he would rather go to the pool or Epcot that Saturday afternoon. He chose the pool!
Oh and Beaches and Cream is so yummy, great choice! Maybe I'll try to sneak over there one day during our trip. I know that it won't take much convincing for Everett, he lives for ice cream!
Who doesn't live for ice cream?
I am happy we were able to work in a meal there to give it a try. And I know Reid will be happy to get some yummy ice cream. He seriously asks me for ice cream at least once a day.
love the change! as much as i love EoS, i think SB trumps it!
Thank you! I have to agree - I think the pool will definitely be more than DTD on a Friday night!
