I didn't see the Commercial for "I'm going to Disney World"

Anyone know anything about this? Was there no commercial this year? I know someone talking to tom brady said he was going to pebble beach instead of that theme park. Huh?

I have always wanted to win something so I could say that to a large group of people instead of just my family.

When they were awarding the MVP award to Tom Brady, the presenter said to Tom something like "In addition to the major theme park that you'll be going to, you'll be going to Pebble Beach...etc etc". They did mention Disney World, just not by name, but it was inferred that he will be going there. I'm sure we'll be seeing the commercials for this on ABC in the next day or so.

The local CBS affiliate did say on the news tonight that Mr. Brady will be in the Magic Kingdom sometime tomorrow, most likely in the afternoon. A specific time was not announced.

You're welcome. I did double check with my husband, to be sure he heard the same thing I did, and he said he heard it. It was very loud in the background, but I definitely heard the announcer guy/award presenter say that Tom Brady would be going to "the major theme park"

Don't take this the wrong way fellow DIS'ers but why exactly is Disney World the vacation offered to the players and not like a tropical island for relaxtion..that sort of thing?

I think Disney was done a favor by not having that tag line said prominently this year and having to be associated with this year's SB.

The "I'm going to Disney World!!" commercial was played this morning during Good Morning America. It has absolutely nothing to do with the half time show and what happened. It wasn't shown immediately after the game last night because the superbowl was on CBS. Disney is an affiliation of ABC which is who usually airs the superbowl which is why we've seen it in the past. It was on ABC this morning though

Because Disney is paying big bucks to use the athlete in the commercials and the trip is pretty much just "incidental".

I just LOVE that commercial.............especially when the Pats win!!

We usually have a bet in my house as to who will do the commerical....................I picked Tedy Bruschi (before the game)this year only because Brady did it before..............but Brady definetly deserved it!!

I watched 7th Heaven on the family channel this morning during my lunch and saw it then too.
