Half of the therapy involves recognizing it and "talking" about it, which is what you've done right here!
The first thing I was taught in grief counseling is to let go of dates. I remember them telling me no matter what we do, a date WILL return. If we can conquer that, we're home free!
Hold onto your faith, which I know you have plenty of, and have God work through what you cannot handle. He will do it for you. Just let Him know what you need....

, but I don't suffer the panic attacks that this time of year used to bring. If you're not in counseling, maybe you should try again. I wish you all the best in the world. I also wish somehow I could change things for you. I will keep you in my prayers.
I hope you can go see your counselor soon so you'll feel better.
