I can not get into the member site, please help

I had no problem getting in last week, today when I try it keeps sending me back to the place to put in your PIN and password.:(

I am wondering if there is a DVC discount for tea at the GF.

Are you using the ID and password that you selected last week?

You only use the DVC-mailed id and PIN to get in the first time, when you register; that's where you select your own ID and password, and those are the two that you use from here on out.

Yes, when I put in my password and ID that I chose it bounces me back to the PIN and password page??????

I had the same problem using Netscape - I switched to Internet Explorer and had no more problems......

The reason I was trying to log in was to see if there is a member discount on Tea at the GF. Would someone who can log in please check for me?

I have the same problem. I can't get in but my husband can from the same computer. So I called my guide and he is having the techies look at it.

I have been having problems since day 1. I did get in for a bit last week, but have been unable to this week. Sent off a "polite" complaint email.

*Note: I have a cousin who won a bid for his company to overhaul the WDW computer systems almost 1.5 years ago. He told me the entire WDW computer system is a confused mess.
 
I got a reply to my email complaint. It said to first, register!!!! I have, twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Knocked around inside the members area and all. Now it will not let me do that. ARGH!!!:crazy:
 
I'm having problems also. Just tried (for the 1st time) to put in my ID and password I recieved in the mail and it says my ID is the wrong format! I called MS and they said it was probably my username so I have tried registering with many usernames and it still kicks me back saying my ID is wrong (I tried to register with my DH's also and it does the same thing). Very frustrating! I also have looked everywhere to find the cash rate (not DVC cash rate) to rent at HH and I can't find it. I'm a bit miffed.

It is case sensative. Watch the letters and dashes.
 
I received an ID & a pin, but my husband never received either one. I haven't had time to check it out yet.
 
Now this morning I signed right on in just seconds. Did not do anything different. Weird.:crazy:
