I came home today to find

that my hubsand made his own disney DVD. We let some friends borrow our new Disney DVD and somehow one of us misplaced it. He took his fav. songs and took video clips of our family over the past 1.5 years (4 visits) and made a 10 min DVD. It was really good I must say---helps when tv production is your job. Anyway it is something to help pass the days until out next visit. This must show how much of a DISNEY NUT we are

My dbf did something similar- he summarised our entire holiday from September in a 3 minute video- starting with short 10 seconds shots of us in the airport, then arriving at our hotel, the first shot of the castle etc and put this to the tune of 'When you wish upon a star'- It makes me go all teary everytime I watch it- I want to be back in WDW right now!

That's so cool! That's one of those things I'd like to do but never do. Those of us not in TV production who haven't taken the effort to learn all the features of their electronics could find this project taking hours. That's my justification for not getting around to it, anyway!

You should try travelitis, it's actually really rewarding I did it with no special equipment, just an iBook with iMovie - took about an hour or two? Worth it just to see my gf smile

I start everyone of our Vaction(Not Just WDW)Video's with a Theme Song and Credits - "Ton Of Money Films" is my production company!

But, for WDW, these opening credits are "special"
I.E. - Playing "When You Wish Upon A Star" on my Accordian(Yes!) while showing a video montage of past trips! DW and I both tear up......
OR
Showing the hidden "Mickey Ears" I carved in the front lawn when mowing, while my DD plays"- Its A Small World "on her Flute, from the front porch swing!

I could go on but....
