I booked through Southwest, Now there is a Ding...

I booked my tickets through SWA for $144 and now there is a ding for $99. Can I get a credit towads a future flight? I went through the "Change Ticket" option but when it came up for me to select a new ticket, the price was still $144.

Any suggestions?

You have to cancel the original reservation and use the credit for a new reservation through DING. I suggest opening up 2 windows, one with the cancel and one with the new ticket. The remainder will remain in credit for a up to a year from the original purchase date.
