I just got my husband to consider a trip in Oct for the birthday for me, and our kids. (we are all in Oct) I just want to be able to give him some numbers when we go to discuss.

Are their discounts normally for February?

I am not sure if there are discounts in Feb. We are hoping the crowds will be low since the kids will be back at school. March spring break usually starts.

It is very rare that we do not have a vacation booked - I hate it!!!! But, our last trip was last month and our next one is not until next August, so I'm waiting for the rates to come out - Disney take my money already!

We are going may 2017. I prefer booking exactly 12 months ahead and divide the costs by that, but this waiting is killing me!! Would do room only, except I was told they then refund you and you have to rebook completely. I felt that was too much of a headache lol

Just updated my account in MDE for Sep 2017 (as they were released today) and I'm actually quite pleased that the rates (at least for the time and resort I was looking at) didn't go up that much.

All-Star Movies from mid-September 2017 only went up around $3 plus tax per night for Standard rooms..I was expecting a lot more than that.

Booked our package this morning also for Feb 2017. Staying at AOA Little Mermaid room, park hopper passes and dining. Now count down till Aug to make dining reservations.

We've just booked !!!!!!

14 days POR (one of our boys refuses to stay anywhere else!!).
We're super happy because we got good prices on direct flights so our departure times are much better than we usually have and we get to go on the Disney plane too!!!!!

I've planned it so we come on on the Saturday of a long weekend too so we get an extra day at home before reality kicks in
