I picked up Mickey and Princess 12x12 papers and dimensional stickers months ago in anticipation of our trip. I also bought 2 6x6 albums, thinking I was going to let make one for DD15 and one for the 8yo girl who went on vacation with us. I've since changed my mind and will use the albums myself rather than a 12x12 scrapbook. I don't have a dollar figure for what I've spent so far on papers and stickers and the two albums, probably $50-$75.
Our trip is now abut a memory and I'm so anxious to start scrapping it. My photos should be coming from Snapfish in a day or two...all 307 of them!
Rag Shop has stickers on sale at 30% off and 8.5x11 solid paper 10/$1.00 so I made an $18 purchase this past weekend on quite a bit of those items. Tonight I had to go to AC Moore because I now needed Pooh papers to go with the Pooh stickers I got over the weekend to complement the pictures we took at WDW.
I spent another $30 on two more 6x6 albums (I now have four different colors and will use one for each park I think), 4 or 5 sheets of Pooh papers, adhesives, an eyelet setter and brads.
I'm looking forward to trimming the 12x12 papers in quarters to fit the 6x6 albums and cropping the photos and laying them out over the course of the next few weeks (months?). I know I'm not nearly done gathering supplies.
I would love to get a Sizzix or something for lettering, but that is not in the budget *maybe I could ask
. That most likely means more stickers!
