Out of curiosity, I went back to the Hyatt (orlando) website to check rates (we're already booked with them). I'm so glad I did, because they are having a holiday sale and I saved myself $20 by calling and mentioning the price difference! They were VERY nice about it. Hey, $20 will buy me 3 frozen drinks onboard!
She said if you booked through Expedia or what not and wanted to get the good deal, just go ahead and book through Hyatt website (or even Hyatt directly) and then cancel the previous booking with them. I of course would double check that.
