HS - what's left for a half day?

Planning to do an half day at AK and HS near the end of the month, with AK as the 1st park. I haven't been to HS for an insanely long time, it was MGM Studios last time I was there.

I've read post and articles about closures, and I'm wondering what is left, beyond the big 3 rides. We've got 2 6 year old girls, so I figure probably only Toy story as far as rides go. So, what else? Am I wasting my time?

Fantasmic at the end of the night is awesome.

Muppet Vision 3D and Beauty and the Beast on Stage.

Lots of character interaction (at least that was the case).

I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting... we definitely are able to get it all done in half a day. Animal Kingdom not so much, but that may be because we like to ride things there multiple times.
