HS FastPass what to chose with young kids

I am a little lost of trying to figure out what is the best idea to approach Hollywood Studios. There will be a 3 yo, 5 yo, 6 yo, and 7 yo with us and they (minus the 3 yo) are all excited to do the Jedi Training Academy. My plan so far is to head there first and hopefully get the first or second show. My current Fast Pass selections are Toy Story Mania 10:30, Star Tours 12:30, and the ToT 4:30. Do you think I should switch Star Tours to the Frozen Sing along or keep Star Tours? I was thinking after or before the Training Academy we could do Star Tours when the stand by line would be fairly short. Any suggestions?

with 4 and 7 yo, we chose TSM, Frozen Sing along and Star Tours. I think TOT would be too scary for my 4yo.

Also keep in mind ToT and Star Tours have a 40' height restriction. My little guy missed it last time.

There are 9 people total in our group, so only 2 (1 adult, 1 child) would not be able to do ToT. Everyone else is over the height requirement. Not sure if my 5 yo will be too scared though Still think ToT should be replaced though and not Star Tours?

DS loves TOT but I don't think I took him on until he was around 7. I think he would have been too scared before then.

Definitely replace Star Tours and not ToT. TSM, ToT, and Frozen are going to be my family of 11 FP+. Not everyone can go on ToT or Star Tours, but it will be much easier to find shorter lines at Star Tours than at ToT.
