1. yes, they have Keurig coffe makers and no, there is no additional cost.
2. I don't know.
3. I don't think it has anything HRH-related on it.
4. Yes, and they will call you to let you know when your room is ready and have even delivered my bags to my room before I got back.

You get pods in your room of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and decaf. If you need more of anything just call and ask.

This is the shampoo at Hard Rock - they replenish daily - soaps, shampoo, conditioner, gel, and lotion.
