I booked a room at the HRH about two weeks ago for our trip in September. I gave them a cc# over the phone for the 1st night deposit. I called them yesterday just to make sure we were all set (I had not received anything by mail), it took the rep about 15 minutes to find my reservation, she kept saying "we don't have any reservation for you". Anyway, she found it (my last name was spelled wrong - they had it starting with a "F" instead of a "S". Should I receive something in the mail (like Disney does)? I just like to have that paper to keep for records. Thanks.
