Max: Oh, a couple of Slytherin prefects, and one or two people on the Slytherin team. Not Malfoy though. Oh, if he was there........I don't know how far I would've gone. *sarcastically* Thank you for your sympathy Ronald. And thanks Hermione. Don't look at me like that guys, I'm having some serious growth issues. Anyway, might as well telly you the whole story.
So there I was, walking to class today. Tony wasn't that far ahead of me, but he was deep in discussion with a fellow first year, so I didn't bother him. I might have eavesdropped a little, but only to make sure they weren't planning on doing something stupid.
Then these three Slytherin prefects came walking over. At first I thought they were just going to class. But no, they stopped my brother and his friend. They were taking points away just because they were Gryffindors. I wasn't concerned at first, I'd just give them their points back. But then Malfoy walks over and calls Tony "half-blood scum" and his friend a "filthy mudblood"! Well I was furious, so I walked over and asked him what he just said even though I knew. Malfoy said, "What's it to you?" and so I said "I just heard you call my brother 'half-blod scum' and I want to know why right now." He kind of laughed and started using those terms every otther word it seemed like. I nearly punched him.
Some how he recognized me, I don't know how, maybe his father told him, but then he said, "Wait. I know you. You nearly killed my father last summer. I'm going to make you pay." He pulled his wand on me, but I heard McGonagall coming around the corner, so I said loudly, "How dare you threaten me?" Well she saw him and heard the last thing I said, so she gave the four slytherins detention. But the whole time I had my wand in my fist. I was probably going to duel him if McGonagall hadn't come.
So this was my "punishment". But that cowardly rat didn't haave the guts to show his face, so I still won in the end.
