So I was looking at the cast list for the new Batman movie The Dark Knight. I saw that Gary Oldman was in it and I look at his IMDb page. And I seriously was like HE'S NOT IN HBP!?!?! and then I hit myself on the head because of course Sirus is DEAD!

I'm THRILLED that they are splitting it up into two movies.
At least now I'll have an extra movie to look forward to and hopefully they'll make sure most of it is right.
I don't mind waiting longer for the second half.
I also don't think they are just doing it for the money, obviously money is important it always will be, but I think most of it is just getting the movie right.

I totally agree!! They would have to cut so much out if they made it into one movie.

I decided to re-read Deathly Hallows last night.
It's going to take a few days to read (unlike the first time I read it, which only took hours), and I'm fine with that. It's going to open up some sadness, I know I haven't come to terms with Remus & Tonks being dead. And it's odd now how I reread it I see things I missed and everything seems sadder.
I'm probably going to feel a little depressed for a couple weeks after I finish rereading.

I know!! I was sooo happy when I found out! In the 5th movie they cut a lot out compared to the book. In these 2 parts they will be able to put everything in there!

I think they'll split it right before the Malfoy Manor chapter or right after Xeno Lovegood says "Are you refering to the Deathly Hallows?" or something like that.

I thought it'd be cool if they split it right before they go to Malfoy Manner.
I don't know, they talked about it on mugglenet how they could do it and it sounded pretty cool.

I haven't got caught up on mugglecast, I still have 1 and a half episodes left.

I haven't finished OOTP which I was re-reading yet either, I haven't read much.

My favorite character is...was...Sirius.
But I love Tonks and Neville too.
