There are already two amazing theme parks w/o any of the new HP stuff.
It seems to indicate that the early entry to WWoHP is available in off-site hotels that are part of the package. Is that true? If so, off-site might be a doable deal.
I just remember so many people complaining about the 2011 one; how it was so unfair and poorly planned. Hope this one doesn't get the same negative attention.
This event does seem to be lacking a few things the 2011 one had though. In 2011 at the red carpet gala event drinks were unlimited and alcohol was one per person but with several different drink locations we saw a few that had a bit too much. Also, included in addition to the Gala event was one reserved autograph session. The actors we met were Rupert Grint and the actors that portray his father and twin brothers at the reserved session. At the Gala we got autographs from 11 different actors from the film. The event was truly amazing for any HP fan.
Unfair? Seriously, people said it was unfair? How in the world so!?
Couldn't you guys keep this a secret?LOL I already have 2 trips planned to Universal one in Oct for HHN and another family trip in November. Now I hear about This! My wife is a huge HP fan and our anniversary is Jan 25th. So, I don't know how I can turn this down. She still talks about how amazing the one in November 2011 so thanks a lot guys. Maybe I can talk her into accepting jewelry instead
Just like we've done on the last three trips!!!... You'll just be able to observe the building facades.
Something about tickets being sold out and some people getting more autographs than others? I don't recall all the details, just that there were some upset people.

I read a bit and was able to see that there were indeed mistakes made and many dissatisfied, however I did not notice any of this myself at the event.
There's a current thread about it that you probably missed.... http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3154069
it states that is the price per adult.
do read the small box that gives the details.
small box lists:
Rate is per adult, tax inclusive and based on double adult occupancy for a 3 night stay at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort standard room. Subject to availability, room type, hotel, and travel dates selected. Rate valid for bookings now 1/23/14 and travel 1/20/14 1/29/14. Additional onsite hotels, rates and travel dates available.
So does this mean kids will be free? I think the question about pricing for other family members meant for those of us who want to bring our kids, what will the package cost for them. I would like to know this to as I have an 11 year old Harry Potter nut.
Thanks.
