Just got my most recent electric bill and it's about 2 1/2 times the normal bill, so that should answer how my weather has been.

Just returned to NYC and for the few minutes I was without a/c it felt very warm but not humid.

This is my favorite time of year for my electric bill. But I have solar panels. My bill from my utility from April through October is usually the $26 monthly minimum for being hooked up to my electric provider. December and January, when there is little sun, and a big need to run the heat, my electric bill can hit close to $200 a month.
