I joined Nat'l's "club" and have a full size reserved Emerald Reserve for the end of August. After we collect our bags - do I just find the Nat'l area, go to an aisle, pick a car & go through some type of booth before leaving the airport? A friend of mine just got back from WDW, but used Dollar and was telling me that even though I'm a member of the Emerald Aisle (or whatever it is) I'll still need to go to a counter and wait in a line.

Can anyone please set me straight? Thought I knew what I was doing, but as is the case with most stuff - I don't . . . .

:hourglass waiting for the weekend to start . .
thanks

As long as your reservation doesn't say counter (e.g. you are using an upgrade coupon), you can go straight to the parking deck, pick out a car from the full size lane, drive to the booth, hand them your credit card, driver's licence, copy of the reservation(not necessary but it seems to amke things smoother), and the tag hanging in the car. After they give you back your stuff, you are good to go.

That's the beauty of Emerald Club, no counter! If you come in on A side of the airport, go down to level 1 and exit across from the National counter, cross the street and go up one level in the garage, follow the signs. B side is the same except National's lot is on ground level of the garage.

As usual, knew I could ask you guys & you'd give me the "straight poop."

THANKS!!! :wave2:

I just booked our full-size car this morning through Emerald Reserve. I used the $20 Ent. Coupon. Will there be any problem giving that to the person in the booth? I was able to book under Emerald Reserve and add the coupon code in. So I should be okay right? No counter?

As long as there is no upgrade, you go straight to your car in the garage, then check out. They take the coupon at the booth in the garage.
