How to get to early PS @ MK?

Hey, folks!

I was able to get CRT for my DFiancee's birthday at 8:45. If MK doesn't open until nine, how do we get there? I understand about showing the PS to get in past the turnstiles, but how do we get from the Poly to MK that early? Will the monorails be running?

Also, how much ealier can you get in with the PS? I was hoping to be able to get a few photos on an empty Main Street.

The monorail and the ferry should be running early enough.

If I remember correctly, when you make your PS they tell you to show up at least 10 minutes early. I don't think you'll have a problem getting in by 8:30...if not earlier.

The resort monorail starts operating at 7AM. You will need to show your PS in order to get off at the MK. I would suggest taking the monorail between 8-8:15. Sometime after that, the cars line up at each resort getting ready for MK opening (and you don't want to be caught up in that crowd)

We had a couple 8:05 PS's (CRT and CP) a couple weeks ago, and from our experience, no PS numbers were taken before entrance to MK. They had a CM out front directing people and handing out maps. We parked at MK around 7:30am and rode the resort monorail. They held everyone at the turnstiles until 8. We were in line with many different PS times. So there didn't seem to be anything stopping you from entering early, even at 8am. Unfortunatly, we were midway back in a slow line (yes, we were even there 10min early) and didn't get to CRT until 8:20. Luckily we were still able to get in the first seating.
