How to get to Coki Beach

What is the best way for a family 5 to get to Coki Beach in St. Thomas? If we take a taxi, how much will it cost and how do we get a taxi to get back to the ship?

Also - how are is the Paradise Point Tramway from where the ship docks?

I think the taxi is about $7/pp each way, and that taxis are easy to get at the beach when you are ready to leave.
