We will be using only WDW transportation during our stay in November. Planning is part of the fun! I am trying to get more adventurous this trip. Some questions about getting around...

What is the shortest/fastest/most convenient way to get from WL to the Grand Floridian for a dinner PS?

What would be the most fun way to get back (relaxed and happy) after dinner?

Can you get from AK to Blizzard Beach without a trip back to the TTC?

Or vice versa, can you get from Blizzard Beach to AK direct?
Geographically, they are very close. It seems crazy not to be able to!

Thanks,
penny

I would take the bus to MK and then the monorail to GF. On the way back I woulk take the monorail to the MK and then the boat back to WL.

It might be faster to take a bus to one of the Animal Kingdom resorts, AKL, All Stars or CSR and then take one of their buses to Blizzard Beach. I avoid transfering at the TTC if I can, these have always been my longest trips.

Quickest from the WL???? I know when I stayed there the buses took forever as did the boat.

So either the bus to the TTC then the monorail (you can always take a stroll to the GF from the TTC-there is a pathway from the TTC to the POLY then to the GF). Or boat to MK, then boat to GF. If you took a monorail from the MK then you'd have to go to the Contemp., TTC, Poly then the GF. But the boat stops at the GF first then it goes to the Poly. The boat launch is the farthest to the left if you are looking at the lake.

And on return I'd say boat again. Hey stop and watch the Water pagent parade if it is that time of night.

As for AK/Blizzard beach I don't know.

Have fun....

I know the bus from OKW always stops at BB on the way to AK and back again. So you should be able to get a bus that goes between both by asking the bus driver if they stop at BB when they leave AK. And vice versa.

Try this transportation calculator. It not only tells you how long it takes from point A to point B but it also gives you the various options for each.

hehehe is looks like cassie and I had the same idea (at the same time). :D

LOL WDW2002, I happened to use it quite alot planning my last trip in May.
