How to get a new Member Card?

Anyone know how to get a new card? Mine is so worn out you cant read the numbers any longer. Does anyone know if there is a plan to send us new cards? The sticker was a good cost saving idea, but we really do need to be able to read whats on the front of the card too.

I've requested a new one twice now and was told they would send them out but have never received it.

I had to call twice to get one, but I finally did - you would think one request would be enough.....

I emailed member services from the DVC member website and got a response within a day or so, and had the card in the mail within two weeks.

Give that a try.

Good luck, it tooke me 5 phone calls and 8 months to get new cards for my wife and I, we had the old style that the numbers and use year were just transfers that would/did rub off.

They finally sent the credit card style out to us (with the raised numbers), our cards were almost 2 years past experation.

My last phone call I asked to speak to a manager, no one was available, they took a message and COULDN'T GUARANTEE me a return phone call in the next 3 business days, I went balistic, saying as much as I paid for this thing, and in monthly maint fees I should be able to get a retunred phone call, told them my next call would be to Nick my salesman...

got them in 3 days fedex'd!

go figure!
