How to fix pasta salad?

The pasta would absorb the dressing so rinsing won't get rid of the flavor so I would do something that doesn't cover it, but work with it. I would remove the broc, but keep the olives. Rinse any extra dressing and set pasta with olives aside.
Brown up some spicy italian sausage, add some olive oil and small can of tomato paste. Add the pasta and olives and cook until warmed through, then add fresh or frozen spinach, cook until it wilts.

Wishesuponastar: My kids are really picky too! They pick out all of "the good stuff" ( ie: cheese, salami and pasta) and leave the nasty veggies for us! LOL!

The chicken bacon ranch salad sounds good too!

I would sprinkle some cheese on it, heat it in the microwave, and eat it myself. If there was lots of it, I'd freeze it in meal size containers.

for my lunch, I often eat up leftovers the rest of the family didn't care for.
