I'm tagging along with DH who has a conference at Signia by Hilton at Bonnet Creek. The resort looks beautiful, so I'm sure I'll have no problem spending my days at the pool and lazy river
I would like to eat on a budget though as this was a totally unplanned trip and we've already taken a few vacations this year, so I have no vaca budget left! The restaurants at the resorts are a bit more expensive than I'd like and I saw it costs $40 a day to self park at the resort, so we likely won't get a rental car.
Am I understanding correctly that you really can't walk anywhere from the Bonnet Creek area? I know it's not far from Disney Springs, but I guess what doesn't look far on a map is still not walkable because of the highways.
Soooo, any suggestions? I'm thinking I can probably grab a few things at a grocery store to keep in the fridge for breakfast, but lunches and dinners are where I'm struggling.
