i am not sure if this is the correct place to post this so please move if you need to. I am trying to go for a last minute trip next week. I am only getting 1 night at Each of the resorts we are considering. How do you do a split stay? How does it work if we were going to do the dining plan? How would the tickets work? We are planning on upgrading to annual passes while there. Thank you for all of your help.

While I wouldn't personally want to do just 1 night at each resort, because it is a bit of a hassle, here's what we did on our last trip.

In the morning, we checked out & took our stuff to luggage services. They tagged our bags to the resort they were going to next & did everything else for us. When we checked in at the next resort, we asked about our bags. They usually didn't arrive until after dinner time, so any thing you may want during the day, you'd want to keep with you. Swimming may be hard for that purpose? It maybe only added 10-15 minutes to each morning so it wasn't a huge hassle. But if you like to take breaks during the day, you may not have that option if your new room is not yet ready.

Tickets - we have AP's but I did have a hopper on that trip that I needed to upgrade. We just activated our tickets & I upgraded at guest services, I had no issues on the rest of the trip.

I'm not sure about the dining plan, I thought there was a minimum of 2 nights? I could be wrong?

We just returned from a split stay with a dining plan for both reservations. We were unable to use any credits or get the refillable cups from the 2nd reservation until all were used from the 1st reservation.

I was going to suggest the same thing - for that reason you may be better off without the DDP. It could just get frustrating!

Great! That's helps. It's not ideal, but I won't turn down a trip. Lol.

No problem! We did a 3 way split stay - 2 nights at Pop / 3 at AKL / 3 at the Poly, because we wanted to try different DVC resorts. Not sure how you're planning to pack, but a couple separate suitcases may help, or the ziploc bag method (outfits for each day in a ziploc) to keep things organized. Sounds like fun!!

We rarely do parks anymore so it's easier. We were just there 2 weeks and split among three resorts. Took ME to AK. From AK took a cab with bags to OKW. Room wasn't ready so we took boat to Disney Springs and saw a movie. Then from OKW we transferred bags to Wilderness via bellman. Spent the day at OKW pool and about 4 headed over to wilderness in our swim suits v
