We're here at the fort and are having the times of our lives.

We were greeted with the best front office greeters. One lady, Sara, was especially sweet for us. She gave my two princesses pictures of ALL the princesses. Also, my oldest daughter lost her first tooth while we were driving to the fort. She was so excited that she told everyone, including the front desk greeter, Sara. Well, Sara arranged to have tinker bell stand in for the tooth fairy last night and my daughter woke to a signed photo from tink, herself. That is one memory she will never forget!!

Anyway, I wanted to write a note to guest services letting them know how much we appreciate everything they've done for us. How do I go about doing this?

You should also receive a survey by email when you get home.

Or you could call and talk to a supervisor/manager at FW.

Hey texican! :cool2:

I just got back from the Fort and wanted to say I didn't get a survey request as Denise suggested. (Denise, it's probably just me this time :confused3)

I have most times in the past but don't wait to praise a Cast Member. Be as specific as possible (name/time/place) so they can link it to a real person.

I'm glad you had some pixie dust already. pixiedust:

By all means yes. We did on our 2009 visit and actually got a call thanking us for the feedback and the castmember was recognized in a meeting for going above and beyond.
We called the number to Disney and asked how to report this compliment. We were given an email address to send it to, but I cannot seem to locate it. Just give them a call.
