How to change reservations on day of booking?

I'm heading to DW in eight days and have ADRs for each night. However, I'll also have a one-year old and three-year old, so I'm thinking we might need to look into changing reservation times as dinner gets closer, if possible. How does one do this? Is there a general reservation number that you need to call, or do you call that specific restaurant? If so, does anyone have a link to restaurant phone numbers? I tried the main Disney site, but it was down. Thanks!

The phone number for Disney Dining is 407-WDW-DINE.

Or if you are staying on site, you can press the "dining reservations" button on the phone in your room.

If you are near the restaurant, you can also just check on availability at the host station; we've sometimes had better luck talking with someone face to face in the parks than trying to arrange something over the phone.

I always program 407 WDW DINE into my cell phone in advance. A call to this number handles all on site restaurants. They can take cancellation and also help you look for availability in advance or even for the same day.
