How to a split Parks for VIP Tours?

Feeling kind of crazy for even considering this, but if I were to book 2 VIP tour days and wanted to visit 2 parks per day, which parks would you pair together, and what order?

MK/AK & EP/HS?
MK/EP & HS/AK?
Something else?
Why?

Mk and hs have the most rides so would split them up. I would do epcot / hs day 1. Start at Epcot and do TT GOTG soarin and remy. Then go to HS and do everything else.

Second day start at AK Do the avatar rides Everest and safari. Then go to MK and should be able to do most of the rides and coild end with fireworks preferred area
