I was 42, my wife was 40, in May of 2008 We have no kids, but bring many friends with us

46 and 41 onboard the Disney Magic in 2009. Split purchase between GCV and BLT. Never been to BLT but love GCV. Enjoyed stays at Paris, Tokyo & HK on DVC. Two kids will have something to look forward to.

I was 19 when my parents bought OKW in December 1994, so I have been fortunate to be using their membership yearly since then. They later added on at BWV and VB as they opened. They officially put my siblings and I on the membership deed in spring 2011, so I was 35. Interestingly, my member ID card says member since 1994. I would add on myself if I could pay what my parents paid in 1994

A 60th birthday present in 2010. We take the whole family every other year, with adult only trips in between.

32...this is my first year. My daughter is 20 months old now and we went in march when everyone told us she was too young. My wife and i used to go every year before we were married, bringing our daughter was the best trip we ever had...came home and bought timeshare immediately. ..goin back next week!!

I was 44 and DH 46 we looked several years earlier when they were selling 1st BWV and then SSR which we were not interested in. We liked being near MK so when BLT came into play that is when we bought in no regrets. We ended up buying BWV and SSR on the resale market but BLT is still our favorite location.

We purchased in early 2002, I was 25 and DH was 29. We had our first baby in late 2002. So it was perfect timing. My parents bought in 2000 and my in laws in 2004. So it's a family affair

We all joined DVC at various stages in life – some while very young and others during retirement.

I wish I had joined when I was younger, as I'd had gotten more years of enjoyment out of my membership.

41, back in '93 with the free passes and 3 mountain logo - that was special. Still enjoying it all at 63!

Bought in 1999 when I was the tender age of 52 and DH was 66. We have at least 50 trips under our belts. Little did we know that DH would develop multiple health issues. Because WDW is so HA accessible and we are so familiar with DVC accommodations, we are still able to enjoy our membership (knocking on wood and hoping I'm not jinxing our next trips).

Bought in 1997 at age 54. It was a time when I was able to pay cash for 220 points at OKW and we have had many happy couples and family trips. The next family trip is April 2016 but I hope to get a few days in before then once we get to our winter home in Palmetto FL.
