How nice are the fire works?

I agree that there may be "bigger" fireworks shows elsewhere- Thunder over Louisville before Derby week comes to mind- but it is the synchronization between the music and the fireworks plus the "extras" like the heart shaped ones and Mickey shaped ones (don't always come out b/c of wind) as well as the feeling that you get being in the park that make the Dsney ones the best. Maybe I am drinking too much of the "kool-aid" (LOL) but watching wishes at Magic Kingdom always makes me emotional....

My best memory from our holiday to Walt Disney World is of the first time we saw Wishes!

I was in complete heaven- imersed in the magic and loving hearing all the different pieces from Disney Movies, then my 9yr old son turns to me threw himself at me and said - "Mummy thank-you so much for bringing us here its the best place EVER!!" in the most loudest most excited voice you could ever imagine!

Well that was me I was a blubbering wreck!:lmao:

Well worth seeing in my opinion! We didn't get a good view of Illuminations but what we did see was fantastic but next time we will try to get a better viewing spot!

fireworks are absolutely incredible, wishes and illuminations are the best. The best advice i can give you is get there early!!!! For the wishes show, tomorrowland is the best place to view because you can go to toontown afterwards and get on the train to get out of the park and miss the crowd on main street:simba:
