shopping update!!!!!!!!!!!!
not much of an update, but we did do a bit of disney shopping this past weekend. first of all, i got another pair of
crocs to go with my kermie shirt. nope, not lime green. just the regular olive green color. i'm more of an earth-tone girl as opposed to the more brightly colored footwear that seems to be popular here at the DIS. here's a picture of all the crocs i've purchased just for this trip.....i know, pathetic!
here's a closeup of the jibbitz i got (which are currently on my green pair since those are the first pair i'll be wearing).
we did a lot of clothes shopping which i'm not posting pics of here. you'll see those anyway! plus some of what we got is underwear and i'm sure you don't want to see those.....this is a family show!
got lots of odds and ends we'll need for the trip. the coffee is for the coffee maker swap i'm on.....can't live without my caffeine! i already have LOTS of travel-sized stuff b/c i travel a lot to see my family. so i didn't have to buy a lot of that stuff. i also got a case of water to take with me to save some $$$, but it's sitting on my garage floor and you guys know what water bottles look like. and i refuse to take a picture of my dirty garage floor!!!
i let DH pick out the backpack he wanted since he'd be the one carrying it most of the time. he did good. it has lots of pockets. and pockets are very important to me!
plus the best part is that it's a camel pack......check it out!!!
it's insulated so it will keep the water cold. i'm gonna take like three water bottles a day and put them in our (rented from pop) fridge overnight to get cold, then transfer them into the camel pack and see how that works...instead of lugging around water bottles in the backpack. more room for stuff we probably don't need!
and the best part..........tah daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah..................
i got a passporter!!!
it rocks!!!!!!!!!!! god bless border's online inventory search! that's the only place i could find it and put it on hold.
so i think we're all set. the only thing i have left to buy is sugar and cream for my coffee and that'll have to wait until the day before we leave. other than that, we're set.
10 more days until we leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just wanted to let you guys know that i'll be back as soon as i get a day off this week to do a shopping update. DH and i did some hardcore disney shopping this weekend. more to come later..........
