How much to upgrade child ticket?

Will be traveling with my DD who just turned 10 in October. We will be at WDW Spring Break. Does anyone know how much it is to upgrade leftover days on a PHplus since she is now over 9? Also, does anyone know the E-ticket nights yet for March?

Upgrading your child's pass is free. Just go to guest services at any park and they'll exchange the ticket for you.
