How much to tip for a "complimentary" facial?

I was in one of the Origins stores yesterday getting free samples. They are giving free "complimentary" facials. You need to book in advance for one as they are a half hour to 45 minutes. I found out as one woman who just had one came out of the room. Her face was absolutely glowing.

Use whatever the normal cost for that facial would be and tip 20%. You can look at their regular spa menu if they don't have that facial listed and find something comparable in time, and use that cost.

I agree if you are inclined to tip do so based on the "value" of what you are getting.
