Magic Maker -- $170
Gas -- $60
Food/activity budget-- $1100

It really depends how you price it, but here goes:

April 5-12 3 adults some days, 2 adults others (DD16 meets up with marching band and will be gone from us from Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. to Friday at 9:00 p.m.)

SSR Studio - $0.00 DVC Members
Flights - $75 (SWA points and companion pass) for EBCI
Tickets - $0 - APs bought last year
Car Rental - $211
Airport Parking - $43.xx
Food - $1,000
Refunds from DD trip
Sold ticket to friends who are going -{$140}
Meal money from bus trip -{$50}

So using this method - $1,139

Obviously if I amortized the costs of the points and dues for DVC and the daily breakout of the APs, it would be higher, but it isn't $ I have to spend this year, extra to go on the trip.

2 Adults 1 Child (age 9)
7 nights at Villas Wilderness Lodge - $1284 (rented points from member on these boards)
6 day base tickets - $935
Flights from Indy to MCO - $835
Food - budgeting $1000
Other - $500 (memory maker, BBB, carriage ride, souvenirs)

Total - $4554

What is wrong with this picture?? My seven night/six day trip December 2014 cost me $1680 and my three night/two day stay in March of 2016 will cost me about $5160

December 2014 -- before Christmas week, so low crowds and moderately low season
Fights -- free with SW points
Rental car -- free -- parents got one
Condo -- free -- parents did RCI trade for Cypress Points - really enjoyed staying there
Kennel for dog -- $400
Food and Spending -- $400
Special dinner at Café Tu Tu Tango -- took relatives and nephew ($120)
Mickey's Christmas Party for four -- $300
SeaWorld weekend pass and second day for two -- $180
Two park to park one day tickets at Universal -- $280

Budget for March 2016
-- Air -- $1200 -- May have most of this for free with SW points, but not counting on that and putting this in the budget.
-- Three night pool room stay at ALK -- budget $1800 -- Should be able to get this for some discount -- maybe $1200, but am budgeting for retail. If I have points for miles and there are decent discounts, maybe I'll upgrade to Savanah view.
-- Wild Africa Trek and some time at AK -- Three Admissions to AK $300 and three treks at $240 pp ouch (will probably be high price in March) -- $1020
-- Keys to the Kingdom tour and late afternoon/evening at the MK -- $300 park admission $240 ($79 pp for tour) -- $540
-- One dinner at Jiko -- $100
-- Other food and spending $300
