Here's the good news, the bad news and the good news...
I had lost 18 pounds right before the cruise, but planned on splurging when I was on the cruise.
On a 4 night Dream cruise, I gained about 4 pounds. Having 3 full meals a day and fruity drinks/wine/champagne just put a hurting on me.
Now back to the good news - I'm already back down just over a week later. I think your body must go into shock from not having 3 full meals a day and just retreats back to its old form! LOL Don't worry about the scale when you are on the trip - enjoy and you can get back in the groove a day or two (or three) after you get back!

) every night. I have a sweet tooth and we worked long and hard to save for that cruise so I intended to enjoy it!!! It also helped that I have a very accommodating husband who loved finishing my plates!! LOL

.

Last cruise we were on I ate whatever the heck I wanted and as much as I wanted and boy it was great!! I don't get to eat like that UNLESS I am cruising so I don't really worry about the 5 lbs I gain. Like PP said ALOT of it is water weight, so don't sweat it
And ENJOY!!!!
