I think Abby's trip is going to be a much more relaxed trip for all of you!

Actually Britt is my easy going child, so only one day apart shouldn't be a problem. (Abby won't be on that trip.)
Abby's trip will be more relaxed as long as she doesn't get grumpy because she has to decide for herself what she wants to do next.
I think I have Britt talked into doing a TR, she has a way with words.

I always see so many sulky teenagers at Disney and I have just never understood it. There is so much magic around you, who cares about your hair and make up and cell phone?! (well, there weren't cell phones when I was that age!) I bet the magic will rub off on Keely eventually! At least the rest of you were having a good time!

How did you enjoy the wishes cruise? Did you find it worth the expense? I would like to try it someday!

Well, it looks like Trent's antics were nothing but a warm-up for what is to come this year!

You need to PM back and forth with tecdavidt - which would be David and Kathy. They don't check in here very often, but they will get to your PM eventually. They are so gracious, and we felt at ease with them right away. I know they would love to have you. They get that same incredible Poly room/view every time. You will like getting to know them. They go to Disney World several times a year and take Disney cruises, as well.

I'm so sorry to hear that some of the gang was sick! Still sounds like a fun time. How funny about not wanting steak with the dining plan. My hubby and girls are like that too. They just want something of the kids' menu or a salad when we have the dining plan and then want steak when we pay oop.

Wow, that is a lot of sovies! I love the little keychains! Do you just tie them on or what?

You need to straighten them out on when to order off of the kids menu and it's not when you are on the dining plan!
The key chains? Well, right now they are still in the bag, I'm waiting until the next trip, I need to pick up a few more to bring back as souvies to give out...

I am watching Ace of Cakes and one of their orders was for a purse cake complete with favorite things spilling out. It was really cute but guess what kind of purse it was? A VERA!

Keeley is very good at pushing my buttons, thankfully at Disney I was able to forget about it for a little while! Baylor was so excited to get a picture with Scrooge McDuck! I wish the pic would have been better but maybe next year!

We paid for almost everyone on the boat to take the cruise. It was quite pricey. Per person, I'd say it's worth every penny!

Coincidentally, I got a PM from Kathy yesterday. They are down at Boardwalk right now and have the webcam set up, but they aren't facing the action-packed part of the Boardwalk. Still, it was fun to see Disney buses going by when I peeked in yesterday. It was raining when I looked in for a few minutes.

She said they would be glad to have you guys, and she said just PM her so you can get to know each other a little. Like I said, they don't get on here a lot, so you might not get an answer for a while, but you will eventually. They go to WDW several times a year, like 4-5-6 times. Dave owns his own business, some kind of environmental research thing, I think it is, and obviously has big bucks, but he's just the most down-to-earth unpretentious guy. You'll realize that in about one minute of talking to him. Kathy just started talking to all of us like she had known everybody there, and they welcomed us warmly. Brook was there and so was Katie, and I feel sure they felt very comfortable and welcomed, too. We just laid out blankets, towels, and a cheap plastic tablecloth on the grass and watched the fireworks. I didn't stand and talk to the group as long as Brook and Katie did, because Bella needed to walk around, but as I was walking back and forth on the beach walkway, I could see them all just 'chatting it up'. I got back over there just before fireworks started. Joe and Henry didn't make it before they started, but they did make it. Henry was asleep, but it was still great to see all of the Disers and their families in person. Poolrat was there, too, but she went down and sat down on the beach with a couple of friends who were with her. You guys will have a great time!

Yes, there should be dancing.

I am glad (almost) everyone enjoyed the Wishes cruise. I bet it was just wonderful! How can you be grumpy when you are watching fireworks and hearing that music? (They did have the music, right?)

I just saw that they are changing up the night time parade to The Main Street Electrical Parade (instead of Spectro) and a new fireworks show (instead of Wishes) for the summer. Sounds like fun! I still remember seeing The Electrical Parade as a child when we went. I love that parade.

Great update! Looks like the Wishes cruise, overall, was a huge hit. I hope to be able to take one sometime!

Maybe today I will prepare a lesson about zebras.

Yeah, my snowstorm (all three inches of it) wasn't nearly as fun as your snowstorm!

In truth. I feel really bad for all the northern folks who have had such crazy weather. They all deserve a trip south while they wait this out. I have seen pictures all over the news, and I am grateful for what little trouble we have had.
