I have a life goal to work there one day. Not a career type thing, and after my kids are grown and moved out. I just want to be able to say I worked there before I die. Something like a popcorn seller

You should. I know tons of retired people who work their part time in custodial or outdoor food/bev. They do it to keep active and to be out and about.
