From all the pictures I've seen, there are 5 floors. The under building parking is considered floor 1. The rooms are on floors 2 - 5.

I believe that's correct. We were over there tonight and got a tour of a GV that was unoccupied tonight, and it was on 4/5. The lobby is on 2, Sanaa is on 1, and parking is also on 1.
