Last Tuesday (a week ago now) I wrote an e-mail to Guest Services at Disney World from the Disney World web site. The e-mail went to guest.mail@wdw.disneyonline.com. I received an automated response immediately that said, "Thank you for your e-mail. Your message is very important to us and we'll be getting back to you soon. Sincerely, Walt Disney World Online Guest Services."
How long should I expect to wait before I hear back from them? Will I hear back from them? Does it depend on what I was writing to them about? I wrote to them concerning my disappointment about the unavailability of an AP discount for my resort and room choice for my late April 2002 stay.
